Identifying and appointing a president is one of the most important responsibilities of the Board of Trustees and the Corporate Board. The next Mount Mary University president will help catapult the university into an exciting new phase.
The process to search for, recruit, and ultimately appoint a president must be thoughtful, disciplined, collaborative, creative, and thorough. To manage this process, the Board of Trustees established a Presidential Search Committee charged with presenting the top finalists to the Board of Trustees.
Latest News and Updates
Each of our three finalist candidates will be on campus for two days and visits are scheduled between Nov. 28 and Dec. 8, 2016. We are close to finalizing our schedules for campus visits and will share those schedules with you shortly.
The Search Committee has reduced the applicant pool to a smaller group of eight candidates whose background and experience seem especially consistent with the qualities and qualifications for the President as established for the search.
We are pleased to inform members of the Mount Mary University community that our Presidential search is officially under way.
Presidential Search Consultant, Maya Ranchod Kirkhope, will return to campus on September 12 & 13 to meet with a range of campus constituent groups including faculty, staff and students.
A Search Committee has been appointed for the Presidential Search with representatives from the Board of Trustees, School Sisters of Notre Dame, senior administrators, faculty, staff, alumnae, and the Milwaukee community.
