This intensive testimonial writing workshop will give pre‐selected survivors of sexual or domestic violence or human trafficking a creative and safe environment to develop their own work of poetry, short fiction, or prose.
Guided by award-winning author, R. Clifton Spargo, and Anne Ream, founder of The Voices and Faces Project™, participants will showcase their work in a unique format in order to impact the community through individual testimony.

About the presenters:
R. Clifton Spargo (on right) is an award‐winning writer, author of the novel Beautiful Fools: The Last Affair of Zelda and Scott Fitzgerald, and Arts Fellow at the Iowa Writers' Workshop.
Anne Ream (on left) is a Chicago-based writer and the founder of The Voices and Faces Project™. Anne is nationally known for her innovative efforts to improve the lives of women and girls and her passion for changing the status quo through a series of creative, media driven initiatives.
