I've been accepted to MMU! Now what?

Congratulations on your acceptance to Mount Mary University! Below are some important next steps in the enrollment process. Accepted students can track their progress of these next steps through the Future Student Portal on MyMountMary.

Log Into The MyMountMary Future Student Portal

  • If this is your first time setting up your MyMountMary account, simply go to my.mtmary.edu/futurestudent, select "I am an undergraduate student", click "Password Reset" (on the left side of the page), and follow the prompts to log in.

The MyMountMary Future Student Portal includes many important items, including:
    • a list of your complete and incomplete enrollment requirements
    • a link to submit your tuition deposit
    • access to your financial aid award (including tuition payment plans)

Complete the Intent to Enroll & Submit Your $50 Tuition Deposit

Once you've decided on MMU, complete the Intent to Enroll form and make your tuition deposit to secure your spot. You can submit both your Intent to Enroll form and submit your tuition deposit through your My Mount Mary Future Student portal.

All students who confirm their enrollment to Mount Mary University by June 1st will have their tuition deposit of $50 automatically waived!

Complete Your FAFSA & Accept Your Financial Aid Award Package

When you are filing the FAFSA, be sure to include Mount Mary's school code: 003869. Once you receive your financial aid award, you can accept your award package through the Future Student Portal.

Apply For Housing

If you plan to live on campus, we reccomend that you complete your housing application for Caroline Hall, and submit your $100 housing deposit through the My Mount Mary Future Student Portal. Whether you plan to live on campus or commute to school, free parking is readily available for all students.

Attend New Student Registration (NSR)

New Student Registration is a half-day on-campus event where you'll select classes for your first semester, meet your academic advisor, and engage with other students. Go to mtmary.edu/nsr to choose which New Student Registration day to attend.

Submit Your Final High School or College Transcripts

After graduating high school or completing your college coursework, we'll need your official final high school or college transcript when it's available. Connect with your Admission Counselor at Mount Mary if you need assistance with this process.

Attend New Student Orientation

First-Time First-year students:

  • New Student Orientation is a required two-day program for all new first-time first year students attending Mount Mary University. Students will attend all-day programming in the days leading up to classes and learn about Mount Mary, how to be successful, and make friends along the way. NSO is required because we know that a smooth transition is key to your success as a new college student at Mount Mary.
Transfer students:
  • Transfer students are invited to attend all of orientation or our specific half-day orientation specifically for transfer students. You'll get more information about orientation options for transfer students after you register for classes so check your email!
