Corporate Board
The Mount Mary University Corporate Board is comprised of School Sisters of Notre Dame from the Central Pacific Province, which owns and sponsors the university. The Corporate Board oversees the operation of the university. While some of these oversight responsibilities are delegated to the Board of Trustees, the Corporate Board reserves responsibilities for identifying the university’s mission, approving all transactions related to the land and property, approving all borrowing over $1 million and hiring and firing the university president.
