Academic Excellence
Mount Mary University encourages academic excellence. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). All institutions accredited by the HLC must meet the criteria set forth by the HLC and be evaluated every 10 years. HLC continued the accreditation of Mount Mary University in January of 2023; the next Reaffirmation of Accreditation will be in 2032-2033.

- Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
- Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics

- Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of The Accreditation Council for Art Therapy Education (ACATE)
- Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs
- Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
