Discover your leadership potential and explore what's possible at the Summer Leadership Academy, June 22-26, 2025!

OVERVIEW:

The Summer Leadership Academy welcomes high-achieving, mature and motivated young women in high school who share a common interest in preparing for college success, career exploration, and leadership development. The 2025 Summer Leadership Academy is a 5-day/4-night program where participants attend leadership and college prep sessions in the morning, experience interactive, hands-on career exploration programming in the afternoon, and attend personal development and social sessions in the evening. Participants remain on campus for the duration of the Academy, staying overnight in the residence hall where students build relationships and extend the learning experience beyond the formal program sessions as conversations continue in small groups, over meals, and among roommates. New participants who successfully complete this robust, immersive leadership and college readiness program will earn 2 college credits from Mount Mary University.
