What is My Mount Mary?
My Mount Mary is your personalized portal to manage everything at Mount Mary University. From the admission and financial aid process through graduation, you will use this online portal regularly.
How to Set Up Your My Mount Mary Account
- Go to My Mount Mary at https://my.mtmary.edu/.
- Enter your user ID, which is your Mount Mary University student ID number.
- Enter your password. If it’s your first time logging in, or if you’ve forgotten your password, select Password Reset in the left menu column and follow the prompts. Your password will be sent to the email address you submitted on your admission application. Once you retrieve your password from your email inbox, return to steps 1 and 2 and enter your password to complete the log in process. (Note: Check your spam or junk email folder if you do not see the password retrieval email in your inbox.)
Access Your Personal Information on My Mount Mary
Depending on what stage you are in the admission process or what your enrollment status is as a current student, you will have access to different tabs on My Mount Mary. Frequently used tabs include:
Admissions—In the “Folder Items” section, check your application status, including which documents the Admission Office has received or documents still required.
Advising—Once you are enrolled at Mount Mary, you can view your current major and advisor information in this location.
Finances—Access everything related to your college finances under this tab. Under “My Account Info,” access the Transact Payments system to pay deposits, tuition and account balances. Under the “Financial Aid Award Information” section, see items related to your financial aid package including details on any missing financial aid documents, required verification forms and your financial aid award letter.
Academics—This tab includes information related to your academic degree program and progress. Under “Course Search,” find courses to sign up for. Under “Course History,” see courses you have already completed. This also is the tab where you will register for courses as a current student.
